The oldest book on the subject. Sake from Nara and Mie prefectures is my personal favorite, so I have high expectations for it. I feel that Nara has “Kaze no Mori” and Mie has “Zaku”, and I think they are on top of the trend.

I have had Mimuro Cedar, but had not yet had Dioavita, so I bought it! This one is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!
