It’s a sake with a pleasant aroma. It is a good sake that is easy to drink and can be recommended to women. It seems to go well with refreshing chicken.

Duck loin from the supermarket. This time it was a hit. It went very well with it. A combination that will not stop drinking. I have a thought that wasabi and Japanese poppy seeds would go well with any sake.
