Unbelievable Bombed Ramen in Tokyo

“Leek Hell Ramen Noodles”

The famous Tokyo Akihabara. A ramen battleground.
It takes 10 minutes to walk from the station. There is a restaurant that serves “back fat ramen” full of meat flavor.
There is a wide range of ramen from the standard size to the unique large size.

This time, I challenged ” leek hell” with a large serving of leeks.

Leek Hell

As a service, you can order a large portion of noodles or rice for free.
I ordered rice.

A few minutes of waiting

Come!!!

I couldn’t find the noodles because the leek and the pork were too much.

I mixed it well and found the noodles.

Let’s eat.

The noodles are thick and delicious. The noodles were thick and tasty, and although they were labeled “spicy,” they were not spicy at all.

It’s so good that I can eat more and more. The soup is a very thick tonkotsu soup, mainly because of the fat from the back fat. The scallions also make it crispy and remove the fatty feeling of the oil.
If you feel the soup is too thick, you can order a free soup called “Warishita” to thin the soup.

As I was about to finish my meal, the fat in the soup was starting to fill up my stomach, but I didn’t order the soup because it was so delicious.

Rice

I used the leftover soup to make rice.
This is the kind of rice that is often served at ramen shops in Japan.
After pouring the soup over the rice, the rice dipped in the soup is exquisitely delicious.
It is a natural ritual for ramen lovers.

Ramen maniacs, hurry up and come to Akihabara in Japan and eat it!

Travel. So I went to Nagano Prefecture for the brewery of Masumi.

I pulled up my blanket and thought, “It’s getting cold in the morning…” The sunlight through the curtains prevented me from falling asleep again. The sunlight through the curtains refused to let me fall asleep, and as I lay there in a daze, I thought I was starting to miss hot springs.

It was a good day when I thought of it. I went to the brewery of Masumi, which I’ve been drinking a lot of lately.

I hadn’t been away since the start of the corona season, so I was in a light mood.

Only my luck is good, so I had a great encounter!

When I see the words “limited edition” or “new,” I impulsively want to buy it.

Sake is really stylish.

#13Travel to Japan for the Best Japanese Food, Restaurants

A Huge Wagyu Beef

I visited a famous BBQ restaurant in Japan that had a huge Wagyu beef that I really wanted to try.
The name of the food was “Kuroge Wagyu Beef Overflowing Kalbi”.
If you want to try this, you must make a reservation.
Only those who make a reservation will be served this premium wagyu.
In Tokyo, there are many restaurants, and overseas, there are already restaurants in New York and Hong Kong, with plans to open a restaurant in Shanghai.
It is a Japanese-style BBQ restaurant with a strong sense of entertainment that has the atmosphere of a Japanese restaurants.
I had to try it, so I did.

Futago means “twins” in English. Easy to remember, right?

If you come to Japan, you should definitely go and eat there. You can also enjoy huge Wagyu beef such as harami that sticks out. The average price is between 500 yen and 600 yen. The average price is 500 to 600 yen, and the meat in the video is about 1,900 yen.
The average price is 500 to 600 yen. If you want to try the best beef tongue sirloin steak, they also have it.

Toilet that you can see through from the outside.

The location is a park next to Yoyogi Park in Shibuya, Tokyo.

It temporarily was news on the web site.

The world were in the Corona virus, but foreigners came to see it because it was so rare.

Japanese Saki(Ginjo, Seishu) delicacy

I went to my favorite supermarket without any information, and after much deliberation, I came up with the following words.

“Highest Gold Award, 2021!”

What! Other sake is labeled “Gold Prize,” but “Highest Gold Prize”?

Of course I choose to drink.

画像2

In my experience,

Daiginjo has a stronger aroma than other Junmaishu. This time, too, the aroma was fruity and fragrant.

Like the famous “Daiginjo Kubota,” I personally like to drink it with a strong aroma, and I always feel like a good first sip. I’m not a big fan of crunchy or herbaceous foods.

Overall, the taste is sweet. The taste is more like sake than wine. If you smell it with your nose, the aroma is not that great. Even a small amount will make you feel drunk. It should be chilled to room temperature, but if you warm it up, the sweetness will increase, so I think room temperature or lower is best.

After the second sip, you start to get used to it, and if it feels good in your mouth, you can drink it easily.

画像1

As I wrote in my previous article, I feel that the type of yeast plant used to produce the aroma changes. In my personal opinion, I feel that the “◯◯ award” has something to do with the trend of the time, so I feel that you should choose based on your own preferences.

画像3

“I found myself drinking about half of “the Hiyashi Bori”. The ease of drinking is good. “I heard that they also have a Junmai Ginjo, so I will try it next time.

画像4

it is called Ginjo-shu

By the way, if the rice polishing ratio is less than 60%, it is called Ginjo-shu. It is called “Ginjo-shu” when the rice polishing ratio is less than 60%, and “Daiginjo-shu” when the rice polishing ratio is less than 50%. When the ratio of polished rice is less than 50%, it is called Daiginjo-shu. The percentage of polished rice is the percentage of unpolished rice that remains after the rice is removed. Generally speaking, the higher the rice polishing ratio (the less rice is polished), the higher and richer the aroma of the ingredients becomes. The lower the rice polishing ratio, the lower the aroma of the ingredients and the lighter the flavor.

I recently bought a glass that takes a lot of care to wash. It’s too thin, so you have to be really careful. But the thinner they are, the better they feel on the palate.

Today’s entree was cheetara, which has been a favorite of mine lately. I bought a small one.

※Cheese sandwitch with dried cod

How to eat this depends on you!

You can have smoked cod skin first by peeling from cheese,

or just bite it.

The Daiginjo Hiyashi Bori seems to go well with darker dishes. The fresh fruity aroma cleanses the fat freshly in juicy dishes such as cheese, fried foods and meat.

Japanese Sake(Ginjo,Seishu)

“I had a hard time deciding between “Toko Super Dry Junmai Ginjo Sake” and “Toko Junmai Ginjo Genshu. I was having a drink with one of my high school classmates, we looked for a bottle..

“He said, “I’ve never seen such a super dry sake!

“Really.

I was actually interested in the Toko Junmai Ginjo Genshu over here, but I chose it for that reason.

画像1
画像2

It tasted of the sourness characteristic of Japanese sake. If you are not a big fan of sake, you may not like this particular sourness at first.

It is sharp on the throat and gradually rounds out. It is the most old-fashioned sake that I have ever tasted. There is not much aroma, it is dry and the first sip has an acidic taste. Comparing it with the previous Masumi, I was surprised at how different the taste was, even for the same sake.

画像3
画像6

The three of us tasted it together. Each of us had our own opinions, but the one thing we all had in common was that it was a mellow sake, and I think it would taste different if it was warmed up. I’m thinking of trying it next time.

It has won several gold medals in a row, but as I’m looking for something that tastes like white wine, I find it a bit too much like sake.

However, it’s easy to drink, so I’m sure I’ll end up drinking a lot.

It may go better with dishes that have a little more flavor, such as oden or simmered dishes.

Apparently, you can also go sightseeing at a sake brewery in Yamagata.

I’ll have to go there sometime!
