How to order

Ordering is done in the traditional style of writing on a piece of paper. If you can’t write Japanese, it’s not easy. To be honest, this style is a bit troublesome even for Japanese. There is a small plate for soy sauce, so use it only for soy sauce, unlike the old conveyor belt sushi.

At Kura Sushi, from what I can see of the sushi rice, it looks as if a machine is probably holding the rice. As is the case with any revolving sushi bar, this is inevitable because of the price.
And use the plate that you took as there are no small plates available for soy sauce in the recent kaitenzushi.
Sushi restaurants that are not chains always have a plate dedicated to soy sauce.

I’ve never had the Tuna Dragon Roll before, but it was very tasty. It’s only available for a limited time, so if you find it, give it a try. If you find it, give it a try. It may suit your taste as a foreigner.
