今夜也是静悄悄的一个人喝酒 调查了一下，「山廃」这酒好像在中国很有人气，想要快点喝着比对一下 在我家周围以日本酒为主的居酒屋里喝酒的时候，因为很容易入口所以注意到了，但也没那么在意，得到这个情报之后我赶紧去了一趟 稍查了一下，QUEEN’S ISETAN的话可以得到很讲究的日本酒，马上骑上车，冲啊！！！！ 一升瓶的实在是有点多，就买了个方便的180ml 只买的中年大叔迅速跑到家 山廃这个！！ 要是以我的解释来说的话 像是接近于酸奶的印象 （只是一个比喻，如果察觉到了请往下看） 结婚的礼物我选的酸奶机送到了 照说明书上买酸奶然后加入牛奶一天一天地培养吧 (使用了一次失败了，菌群果然无法自己管理啊，还是去便利店买明治酸奶吧。。。） 这酒也是这样也就是乳酸菌育成的工程 是天然育成的呢，还是人工育成的呢，当然天然的比较花时间和工夫，人工则是是相反的 刚刚的过程的叫做（山卸）或者是（生酛） 废止山卸的这个过程，便使用了山廃这个词 在酒母米里加水碾碎进行地道的作业。称为（生酛）直到明治时代为止，全都是酒母来制作的。 在这之后，国立酿造试验场开设的无需山卸的山废这个词开始出现了 虽说有各种说法，味道的不同请自己去品鉴一下 雪の茅舎 山廃 純米 印象当中的山废是闻一下就有日本酒的香气 但是试喝了一下后，酸味非常轻，很容易入口，没有怪味的口感。 第二口也没有什么变化，同样的频率喝的味道，一定量的入口度倒是有了提升。 我想应该是醇酒，（纯米酒）（特别纯米酒）该当的情况比较多，烤鱼这种的味道浓一点的下酒菜应该是很配的。 “薰酒”、“爽酒”、 “醇酒”、 “熟酒”;方便消费者轻松理解和想象酒款的口味 伴随着时间冷气一点点被带出，变为常温之后有了日本酒特有的复杂感，比起其他的复杂感很浓的日本酒来说是容易喝的，但是不太喜欢这个口味的人，冰一下再喝是个很好的选择。 不知不觉又给喝完了，真的很好入口！请大家尝尝吧！
