I found a bottle of “Yokoyama silver” after a long time, so I bought it.
I buy it once in a while because I get in a rut if I drink it regularly.
The taste is to my liking. The taste varies depending on the type and the year it was made.
It also varies depending on the series. I personally like this brand and put it in my top 3 every year. It is very easy to drink as it is dry and refreshing rather than sweet. I like the fact that it is made in Iki Island. I have never been to this island in Nagasaki, but I feel that it is made on the island.

The label on the back of the bottle says to drink it in a wine glass, a style not often associated with sake.

It（無濾過） says unfiltered.　Unfiltered sake is sake that has not been filtered. The characteristic of unfiltered sake is that it is “freshly made” sake. It tends to have a very deep and robust flavor. In contrast, filtered sake is characterized by a light and refreshing taste, with a controlled aroma and flavor. The overall taste is more balanced. In terms of color, unfiltered sake has a slightly yellowish color, but filtered sake becomes nearly clear and colorless.

Yokoyama is written in hiragana on the cap. It is good that it is not written in kanji. It is not too formal.

As I thought, it suits my taste. It is dry and not too sweet, but just the right amount of sweetness. It is not too sweet and has a moderate sweetness, yet it has a clear and easy drinking feel. Ideal as a food wine. It is best when drunk cold.

Today paired with homemade (I made it myself) potato salad

The potato salad and the sweetness of the alcohol do not match well. The dryness and sweetness of the potato salad is not good and the chemistry is not good this time.
