I haven’t had this one for a while, so I thought I’d try it. So I bought it.
Akabu Junmaiginjyo Omachi
Not a special limited edition. The Akabu series is rather common. Whenever a limited edition sake is released, such as hiyaoroshi or summer sake, I tend to get a taste of it, but I have never had an orthodox one, so I decided to give it a try.

It has a slight greenish smell like green apples.
It is very different from what I drank last time.

It has a peculiar taste. The aroma is greenish, and the flavor is more characteristic of the aroma than the taste. The finish is complex after drinking.
It seems to go well with sashimi and strong meals. It may be suitable for people who have been drinking sake to some extent.
It is not for beginners. The taste is also slightly sour.
I put ham and cheese in a hampen.
Sake and cheese go well together.
It was another good day.
