Series Beau Michelle I bought it because the design is cute and the previous series were easy to drink.

It was a limited edition product, and as usual, it is low in alcohol: 8%, 60% milled rice ratio. The milled rice ratio indicates how much of the rice is left unmilled. Naturally, the sweetness of the rice comes out. Therefore, it should be sweet.

Once turned over, the sake lees inside mixes and turns cloudy white.

The stopper has a little gas vent, which you don’t see very often.

This sake is brewed by the Banno Sake Brewery in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture. It is a limited edition spring product that contains more than twice the amount of oli as usual~.
The mouthfeel is like Calpis soda. When you drink it, the sweetness spreads quickly. The aftertaste is round and gradually disappears. It is similar to Mio, but this one has a more elegant taste.
