Sake alone in the dust today
Today I went to the liquor store again.
I drank it last time and liked it so much that I bought another series again.
Last time I drank snow fantasy. This time I tried Sawa-no-Hana, and snow fantasy had sake lees dancing in the bottle like snow, slightly carbonated and bubbly. How about Sawanohana?

Mellow, sweet and sour, very easy to drink. It is easy to drink like peach nectar and is suitable for beginners. The alcohol content is low, and it is thinner than sake, so it can be drunk on its own or with light dishes. It is not suitable for fatty foods.
This is an omelet made by my friend’s sushi bar. The omelet made by a professional is very different.
