Sweet as the aroma. Carbonated and suitable for beginners. It is sweet for the drinker. Easy to drink, especially for those with no miscellaneous tastes. The sweetness of the rice stands out extremely. If it is chilled to a crisp, as if it is treated like white wine, the sweetness will be reduced and it will be just as easy to drink. It seems to go well with light soup stock dishes rather than salty dishes.

This time I felt it was not a good match because it is sweeter, and every time I have no prior information, so it is a one-shot deal. However, as I gradually get used to the taste of the sake, it is surprisingly not bad. However, there must be more dishes that go well with it.
