Easy to drink without resistance. The sweetness is controlled and the lactic acidity is not unique to sake, but a familiar yogurt-like sourness. It is still fizzy, so it is more like carbonated yogurt than sake. The sweetness of the rice in it makes it very easy to drink, even for beginners. However, if you are going to drink it with food, it is best to drink it with light dishes or desserts, or as an aperitif. One glass is just right.
