Born and raised in Tokyo, I have loved sake for 20 years. I want to make many acquaintances and connect with other sake lovers.
I want to share the wonders of sake with the world.
I drink sake every day and share its deliciousness with people overseas.
I also hold a certification in sake. I introduce sake from all over Japan that you can enjoy mainly in Tokyo. I also teach people how to drink it and how to pair it with food. In addition, I write reviews on Japanese izakayas, sushi, ramen, and other culinary delights.
I also provide support regarding Japanese cuisine, culture, and hotels for travelers and those considering studying or moving to Japan in the future. My hope is to help more people fall in love with Japan. That is my wish.
