在日本秋叶原品尝尝超大份豚骨拉面

葱地獄!! 那个有名的东京秋叶原。即是拉面的激战区。 从车站走大约10分钟。有一家充满肉香的拉面店『背脂拉面』。 拥有从一般尺寸的拉面到充满个性的超大份拉面。 这次挑战一下装满大葱的『葱地獄』。 免费服务可以选择是增加分量和加一碗米饭。 而我选了米饭。 等了几分钟。。。 葱和叉烧太多以至于都看不到面了。 使劲搅了一搅才发现了面。 话不多说我开动了。 面还是要粗点才好吃。 虽然写着很辣但一点也不辣。 因为太好吃一直吃个不停。汤是以背脂为主所以是特别的浓厚的汤底。葱很清爽可以消去脂肪的油腻感。 要是感觉到汤太浓了,也可以把汤底要淡一点,当然也是免费的服务。 在吃完之前,虽然我的肚子大部分都被这个浓厚的背脂汤底给填饱了,但因为太好吃了,我并没有点把汤底变淡的服务。 剩下的汤接下来倒进米饭里。 在日本的拉面店出场率很高的米饭。 把汤底倒进米饭里,充满了汤汁的米饭又是那么的好吃。 喜欢拉面的话这个仪式是当然的啦。 拉面的狂热信徒们啊、汝等尽早前往秋叶原品鉴为上啊!
