Today, too, I’m drinking alone in the dust.
Today I went to see the mountains of Japan with beautiful autumn leaves and to walk around a Japanese brewery.

“Shichiken” is the sake we introduced before. I visited the brewery.
Shichiken” is the sake we introduced before. I visited the brewery.
There was not a big picture on the website.

I went there with no expectations, thinking it was a small, cozy warehouse. However!

Quite a large gate. Old Japanese-style house

Inside the store, there is a display of rooms where Japanese emperors have stayed in the past and a limited edition sake store with valuable products that can only be found here.

Outside, there is a sake factory, where an important source of groundwater is available for drinking.
The Hakushu whiskey factory and beer brewery are located near the brewery, testifying to the quality of the water.

It is highly acclaimed overseas and has won various awards.
Here you can also sample a variety of “Shichiken” flavors for $1.00. However, you cannot drink a large amount.

I bought the limited edition of this year’s Ichiban Shibori and will evaluate the taste soon.
