Take a break once in a while #10-Zaku
Relax Zaku← Currently ranked #1 in Me
Drinking alone today
On Sunday, I went to a famous liquor store by my bicycle .
I didn’t have a specific goal in mind, looking for something to drink.
I’ve known the name for a while, but I thought it came from Gundam. I had assumed that it came from Gundam, but I was wrong… Zaku of Japanese Anime Gundam
“Saku Honotomo Junmai Sake”.
I let it sit for a few days.
I opened the package with a stylish cover.

I didn’t think anything of it.
I took a sip.
It’s delicious.
It’s so transparent that it makes me sigh.
In many cases of sake
The first sip says, “Hey, I’m looking forward to sake! and
In many sake, the first sip has the impact of putting the aroma and acidity of each sake on the tongue as a greeting, but despite this “saku” mob character setting (as in Gundam), it is said to have nothing to do with Gundam.
I’m not sure what to say. “Her skin is white, fine and smooth. It’s not an exaggeration to say that it’s my favorite flavor, with no hint of mixture.
Oh! I can finish it in a flash. Even people who are not good at sake will definitely like it.
This is a sake that I can recommend.
The previous Masumi Urushi-Kuro was also delicious, but this one is even better.
Because it is easy to drink, it does not seem to go well with strong dishes. I think Italian dishes that go well with white wine, standard sashimi, cold tofu, and light hot pots such as Mizutaki would be delicious. In terms of classification, I think it would be classified as a refreshing wine.
I drank it without doing much research, but I didn’t know it was a celebrity that was used as a toast at the Ise-Shima Summit. I was surprised to learn that he was a famous person who was used as a toast at the Ise-Shima Summit.
If you find it, please get it. It seems to have been difficult to obtain.

“Big Katsu”
Today’s snack is “Big Katsu”, a thinner version of the Japanese fried pork cutlet snack. “Thick pork cutlet” – no pork in it, but a popular snack for children. Tonkatsu is very popular overseas. I hope you will try it. Just like the real thing, you eat it with sauce.

Apparently, it was hard to find, but it seems to be good luck, since it was judged by Bacchus, the god of sake.
I wonder if I can get it again next time.
