Today I am alone sake too.
It is summer. Summer sake is on sale.
There are many kinds of summer sake, but most of them seem to be refreshing.
I went for a quick stroll and came across a bottle of sake with a nice color.
The label was green and refreshing.

Looking closely, I could see the precipitated rice component.
Some people call it doburoku, but it is not.

Sake without a specific name is becoming more and more common these days. This is also not specified.

The bottle cap does not seem to have any family crest-like design. Then, open the bottle.
It doesn’t say “pshu-pshu”. It is gentle.

Gulp it down.

Oh! The aroma is sweet. This is easy to drink. A little low at 13% alcohol and slightly carbonated. It’s almost like champagne, but it’s rice, so it has a strong sweetness. Easy to drink for beginners. It will be popular among women. However, there is no dryness at all, so drinkers may get bored with the taste.

I tried it with stew. Surprisingly, it is not bad. They don’t fight each other, they seem to be the same and in sync because they are different sweetnesses. There doesn’t seem to be any synergy. An unexpected combination.
I’m happy today, what shall I drink tomorrow.
