The drink is a little peculiar at the beginning. Complex taste at first. The alcohol taste is strong. Slightly acidic. The aroma is so strong that it lingers after drinking.
Today’s selection of snacks available at 7-Eleven stores in Japan.
Basil and garlic are not compatible with sake. Sweet sake and oily dishes clash with each other’s aromas and are not tasty.
As a brewery, sake brewing begins with the cultivation of rice
