The black label of “Yama-no-i” is nice.
Yamanoi black label Amanogawa

Japanese rice, 70% milling ratio, 15% alcohol by volume.

The bottle caps are black, too.
Opening.

The aroma is not particularly strong, with a slightly stronger, fruity aroma of rice.

Taste Yamanoi black label Amanogawa

The taste is refreshing and clean. Easy to drink at room temperature or cold.
Slightly sweet, with a weak alcohol taste. It is light after drinking, with no habitual taste.
Suitable for beginners and women.
Today’s snack is Steamed potatoes with butter and corned beef

Today I paired steamed potatoes with butter and corned beef on top.
The butter flavor was strong and not good with sake.
It seems to lose its flavor with fatty foods.
Introducing this brewery
This sake brewery was founded in 1688 in Minamiaizu Town (formerly Tajima Town) in the southwestern part of Fukushima Prefecture, near the border with Tochigi Prefecture.
Sake is still brewed in a brewery that dates back to the Edo period.
The water used is one of the softest in Japan, pumped up from 40 meters underground, and is characterized by its soft, round, and clean sake.
The brewery uses the latest technology and 330 years of sake brewing tradition, while making the most of the local climate and rice and water from Minamiaizu.

Everything looks wonderful! 💯
