It is very easy to drink without any cloying taste. It is a sweet strain, so if you drink a lot, you will get tired of it.
The slight carbonation is pleasant and makes it very easy to drink for beginners and those unfamiliar with sake.
Surprisingly and unexpectedly. The slightly carbonated sake went very well with the beef tongue with little fat. The best pairing was the continuous loop of drink and eat, drink and eat.
