Today, too, I’m drinking alone in the dust.
Today I wandered over to the liquor store. I often see this sake brewer Kuheiji. I have had it before, but I bought a new Junmai Daiginjo again.

Kamoshibito Kuheiji

This Junmai Daiginjo is often seen with this label. The expensive brewer Kuheiji has a wide range of products, from affordable to luxury, with some of the most expensive bottles costing more than 10,000 yen per person.
I started by learning about this product of orthodoxy that we often see.

And the cover.
The easy-to-understand Chinese numeral “9”.

The label is also numbered “9” in Chinese characters.
Open the bottle.
Weak fruity aroma
Fashionable ginjo aroma

gulp
Japanese ranking 13th
Aichi Prefecture Ranking #1
Coment A:It is moderately rich and delicious.
Comment B: At home drinking
The sweetness, umami, and thickening are all refreshing and easy to drink.
A little gassy.
Kamoshibito Kuheiji Taste

Easy to drink, with a current ginjo aroma and sweetness, it is suitable for beginners and goes well with light sashimi. It is easy to drink with less aroma than other trendy sake. However, there is not much difference between the two. It should be drunk cold or at room temperature.
Today’s snack

Absolutely no hassle tofu with sake. Negi ginger definitely. However, it was a Daiginjo, so it was Naora if it tasted dry. I can’t say for sure because this is my preference. Tofu and sake, no doubt.
It was another good day.
