因为新冠疫情有很多空闲的时间，要不要找一个可以长期去享受的兴趣呢~，抱着这个心情我试着接受了一下日本酒检定的考试。结果获得了三级今天，让我来介绍下我喝过的日本酒游 ゆう You 纯米吟酿是一个表示摇摇晃晃地游着泳的形声文字用汉字的加法表示的话呢就是氵（水）＋斿（旗在摇摆）＝游（摇摇晃晃地游着泳 起伏。 游玩） 纯米酒因为纯粹的只有大米，是表现了味道的一款吟酿酒 带着香气并且将各种味道表现了出来其他的方面也是各有千秋哪一种制作方法的比例比较多呢名字就已经展示了出来这次因为是纯米吟酿所以就成了吟酿酒和纯米酒的中规中矩的味道味道是薰酒最近我的喜好是在冷冻柜里将酒冷冻到没冻上的程度在喝它的前几分钟拿出来因为冻了一下日本酒的独特酸味以及香气被抑制住了慢慢被降下的温度，伴随着回到常温，变成能感受到香气的状态第一口要调整到了很容易入口的温度因为是薰酒所以才冰着喝，醇酒和熟酒之类的我会用别的方式去喝游 ゆう You 是非常容易入口的一款酒第一口虽然能感受到日本酒才有的独特的酸味，但第二口开始那种感觉就消失了，一杯一杯即使没有下酒菜也可以享受它的香味和那个味道接近于白葡萄酒的感觉，比起油腻的食物，刺身或者冷豆腐之类的，和清淡的料理的相性像是非常好的样子。是会也被女生喜欢的一种味道
