Today, too, I drink alone in the dust. I went to a sushi bar that I had been curious about for a while.
It’s not a famous restaurant, but it’s not a sushi bar.
Sushi to-go is also available at the entrance.
However, if you look closely, all sushi prices are uniform. Amazingly, everything is $9.
Orders are also available to foreigners, with English and Chinese translation capabilities.
I ordered it immediately.
Many chain restaurants will hand-deliver sushi to you when you order on a tablet. However, they do not bring it to you no matter how long you order.
I understood the system of this restaurant.
This number is important.
After a while, there will be an announcement in Japanese, but if you don’t understand Japanese, you won’t be able to hear it.
A plate with your number on it will flow like this. This is the sushi you ordered.
Once received, press the close button displayed on the tablet device.
This completes the process.
This system is unusual and you will not be worried if you remember it.
As a Japanese, I was also puzzled.
Many of the restaurants here are eye-catching with their gunkanmaki. It feels like sushi made by a person, not a machine.
Tasty for the price.
Have a nice day.
